Three of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s children were left a handsome six-figure sum by the actress’ late mother, according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week.
Actress Marcheline Bertrand — who died in 2007 after a cancer battle — gave Maddox, 8, Zahara, 6, and Shiloh, 3, each $100,000 in a new trust fund. The three cannot have access to the money until they turn 25.
Why were Pax, 4, and newborn twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline (who was named after her grandmother) left out?
TMZ.com reports that “Grandma’s will was last updated in 2006, before any of them came into the picture … so they lose out.”
I would have to say my favorite commercial was Google Parisian Love where they managed to show off their powerful search engine in a simple, yet effective way.
Newton’s law of commercials states that for every great commercial there is an equally horrible commercial. And the Super Bowl had it’s fair share of bad, dumb or just plain “What the?” commercials, too. I’d have to say that some of the Doritos commercials, Boost Mobile shuffle, Jack in the Box, and all of the Go Daddy commercials top my list. Although, I can’t blame Doritos directly since the commercials were part of their Crash The Super Bowl promotion.
Renée Zellweger and Bradley Cooper may be planning to move in together. The alleged couple has been spotted checking out houses in Los Angeles.
“Until Renée, Bradley had a reputation as a ladies’ man and a heartbreaker, but he seems so happy with her,” The New York Post quoted a source as saying.
The insider added: “They prefer to stay in rather than hang out at show- business parties, and he has already introduced her to his parents.”
Cooper has been previously associated with Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz.
Mom-to-be Tifanni Thiessen chose a very modern way to share the baby news with her husband Brady Smith: Skype!
Tiffani was in New York filming her new show White Collar while Brady was back home in LA when she discovered she was pregnant.
“Skype has saved our lives. It was nice to be able to see his reaction,” she says. “He almost fell off his chair.”
The former Saved by the Bell star, who is due in May, happily reports that life is good these days for her and her hubby of 4 years.
“All the dominoes were lined up and are running down smoothly. I have the greatest job, the greatest husband and we’re having a child. I couldn’t feel more blessed.”
Rihanna has confessed that she is attracted to both men and women.
The Barbadian singer also admitted that she would like to do a lesbian scene with Megan Fox.
“All humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes. I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.
The Disturbia hitmaker said she would like to play out her bisexual assassin on her movie debut.
The Wizards over at Waverly Place better watch out…Shakira’s coming to town and she’s definitely going to shake things up a bit — if you know what we mean!
The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer, told Access Hollywood that she’s playing herself (or rather mocking herself) in the guest starring role. “Shakira doesn’t really exist. She’s one of Kelbo’s creations. It’s a complicated thing,” she divulged in the interview.
Shakira, who also recently appeared on the ABC sitcom Ugly Betty, said she learned a thing or two during her time on Wizards.
“I’m actually quite funny, I can say,” she said. “I had no idea I could do a little bit of comedy.”
As for her cast mates, Shakira had nothing but positive things to say, especially about “Wizard’s” star Selena Gomez, who was recently voted as the best celebrity influence of 2009.
“She’s a good, talented artist. [Selena] has a great voice…the whole cast made me feel at home. They’re great.”
Brittany Murphy’s cause of death has been determined — an accidental death caused by “community acquired pneumonia,” iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication.
The L.A. County Coroner concludes on the subject of “How injury occurred” — “Drug intake.”
Ashlee Simpson is hot, and her fire red hair is the joy of my day. I recently learned that she was overheard talking to her sister about her wild fantasy. reportedly over dinner she told her sister she wants to “Make out with a girl and then punch a guy in the face” Sounds like a fun night if you ask me.
I wonder if she’d punch her husband in the face or would it be a random guy? I also wonder how many men would be willing to take a female fist to the nose for the sake of seeing Ashlee Simpson kiss a girl.
Fergie is planning to start a family with husband JOSH DUHAMEL as soon as the band’s current tour is over.
The band are midway through a global trek which is due to conclude in Vancouver, Canada on 11 April.
And Fergie reveals she’s planning some time off after the concerts come to an end to concentrate on having a baby.
She says, “Am I getting broody? Oh, definitely! But I want to finish this tour first before trying to start a family. We’re never going to be at this time of our lives again so we have to make the most of it.”
The singer also admits she can’t wait to spend some quality time with her husband when the tour ends, because it’s a lonely life on the road without him.
She adds, “It’s been a lovely year, but I’m missing him now as I’m on tour. It’s a month since we saw each other, but we talk every day. It helps that Josh is in showbiz, too.”
Audrina Patridge has signed on for another season of the MTV reality show.
“I can officially confirm that Audrina Patridge will appear in the 6th season of The Hills,” Jennifer Shoucair Weaver, Patridge’s rep, tells Usmagazine.com. “Production will resume shortly after the new year.”
Over the summer it was reported that Patridge would not return to the show that made her a reality star in order to focus on her own spinoff series.
Apparently she decided she can handle both. The confirmation that she’s sticking with “The Hills” follows news that Patridge is set to start filming her own show.
“Next week, Patridge begins filming the pilot episode of her currently unnamed spinoff show, also for MTV,” Weaver tells Usmagazine.com.
Sources tell the Web site that Patridge, 24, is expected to bring in six figures per episode, and that the two reality shows plots might occasionally overlap.
