S. Epatha Merkerson is the subject of a $220,000 lawsuit for allegedly failing to hand over a cut of her earnings from Law & Order.

The Gersh Agency insist the crime drama’s 15-year veteran broke an agreement to pay them 10 per cent of the $2,229,084 she has pulled in from the show.

They have filed a $229,908.40 suit in Los Angeles Supreme Court.
