Mena Suvari has confessed she thought her new film Stuck was a comedy when she started reading the script.

Mena revealed: “I thought it was a comedy when I first started reading it. The first two pages I thought ‘Brandi’ how funny her name is and is she kind of cute and quirky and then all of a sudden it just went like this.

She said: “I loved the script, it was the first time that my jaw had ever really hit the floor when reading something. I am just very drawn to psychological pieces. I have always been interested in criminal psychology.
