Lohan’s dad happy with split
Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael is glad his daughter’s “toxic” relationship with Samantha Ronson is over – because he always thought the DJ was just using the actress to further her career.
Michael Lohan publicly voiced his disapproval of the romance last year and his comments ignited a war of words with the Mean Girls star who subsequently distanced herself from her dad.
Lohan admits he was relieved when he heard the couple had split – calling their on-again-off-again love affair “toxic.”
And he hopes he will now be able to rebuild his relationship with the 22-year-old.
