Eminem stormed out of the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night after outrageous funnyman Sacha Baron Cohen literally landed in his lap.

The rapper had just performed a medley of new hits and was sitting in the audience when the daring Brit – as his Austrian fashion expert character Bruno – flew overhead in a dove outfit, chanting, “Ich bin Bruno. Ich bin dove of peace.”

Cohen’s outrageous alter-ego ‘suffered’ an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction – baring his naked backside, he landed upside down on rapper Eminem’s lap.

Rihanna is prepared to take the witness stand next month if called to testify against former boyfriend Chris Brown, the singer accused of beating her, her lawyer said on Thursday.

Donald Etra said prosecutors told him they will formally request his client, Rihanna, to appear at the June 22 hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Katie Holmes fought back tears as she read aloud from a soldier’s memoirs at a rehearsal for a Memorial Day tribute honouring U.S. war veterans.

Holmes appeared emotional as she rehearsed on the Capitol grounds in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, preparing to take part in the 20th annual National Memorial Day Concert the following day.

The actress told the heart-wrenching story of the sister of injured Iraq war veteran Jose Pequeno, while her All My Sons co-star Dianne Wiest portrayed his mother Nellie Bagley.

Lindsay Lohan has Katie Holmes to thank for her new movie role, after the Batman Begins actress was forced to pull out of The Other Side due to her busy schedule.

Lohan has struggled to land substantial scripts since 2004 hit Mean Girls as movie bosses find it difficult to obtain insurance for the hard-partying star.

But filmmaker David Michaels has taken a chance on Lohan, recruiting her for the role Holmes had to turn down due to her commitment to Broadway play All My Sons.
