Singer-actress Avril Lavigne’s marriage to musician Deryck Whibley seems to be in trouble after she was photographed with oil heir Brandon Davis in some rather compromising positions.

Avril was spotted cozying up to the multi-millionaire on a recent night out, indicating her new found fondness for Davis who is a well known playboy in Hollywood`s party circles.

The 25-year-old singer married Deryck two years ago and they have been dogged by split rumours since the very beginning after repeatedly denying that their marriage is in trouble after their last separation rumor.
