Miley announced on twitter a few hours ago that at 7am Today she will be making a major announcement.

We believe we may already know what the announcement is going to be.  If not she will be making this announcement soon.

We have confirmed she will be performing at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on September 22nd and will also be performiong at the EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 29.

Miley is going to have a 2009 tour!
