Jamie Lynn Sigler’s boyfriend, Jerry Ferrara, not only surprised her with a star-studded birthday party, but he also slipped a beautiful diamond ring on her finger in front of guests, which included Leonardo DiCaprio and Kevin Connelly.

“They are saying it was just a birthday present, but it looks like an engagement ring,” an insider tells In Touch.
