Britney Spears sued for running over photographer’s foot
The AP is reporting that former TMZ photographer Ricardo Mendoza filed a civil lawsuit today against Britney Spears, claiming assault and battery stemming from an incident in which the singer accidentally ran over his foot in Beverly Hills in October 2007. The accident happened two hours after Spears learned she had lost custody of her children. In the intervening time, Mendoza auctioned off his tire-stained sock. Spears’ lawyers declined to comment about the case when contacted by EW.

The paps should watch out where they stick there toes! Hey if Britney would want to run over my foot with her car I would let her. She definately is the Queen of Pop.
