Hilary Duff slapped with fine
With her hair scraped back in a scruffy ponytail, the 22-year-old’s tresses looked in need of a bit of TLC.
A few hours later she returned to her 4×4 looking far more glamorous, with her barnet styled into a sweeping slick mane.
But she soon realised her appointment had come at an extra cost as she spotted the penalty notice nestling behind the windscreen wipers.
