Miley Gets Poisoned
Poison’s 1988 hit, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” has been recorded by 17-year-old pop star Miley Cyrus.
“‘Every Rose’ is one of her all-time favorite songs, and she is really excited about cutting it,” Leticia Cyrus, Miley’s mother, told People magazine.
The remake was recorded in New York alongside Poison frontman Bret Michaels, who is rumored to play guitar on the track.
Miley’s first concert experience, aside from seeing her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, was watching Poison perform in Nashville. The young artist is currently working on her next album, but claims she is going to take a hiatus after that to broaden her musical horizons.
