There might be a new pink-diamond ring on Tara Reid’s hand, but the actress insists congratulations aren’t quite in order for her and beau Michael Axtmann.

“I got a beautiful ring from my boyfriend for my birthday last weekend,” Reid, 34, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “But we’re not engaged … yet!”
