Rihanna may be incredibly busy with her career, but she still finds time to spend with her new guy, Los Angeles Dodger Matt Kemp.

Friends introduced Rihanna, 21, and Kemp, 25, in November. They are currently vacationing at a luxury resort in Cabo San Lucas.

An eyewitness told PEOPLE that the couple was seen spending time by the pool and they “couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” and that the two of them “kept kissing while gazing out over the ocean.”

Other witnesses have said that Rihanna seems very pleased with her new relationship. “Rihanna wants the world to know that she is happy with Matt,” an insider said.

Kemp’s agent, Dave Stewart, said, “They’ve only had a few opportunities to be together, but those times have been fun.”
