Appearing on ” Britain’s Got Talent,” a tousled-haired Cyrus seemed to stop short of actually kissing a female dancer during the performance — although it sure gave the appearance of a smooch — as she sang her new “Can’t Be Tamed.” Contributing to the impression of choreographed passion: The quick succession of “kisses” came on the beat of the music and no one missed a step.
