What an opener! Rhianna performs S&M with surprise guest, Britney Spears.
The host, Ken Jeong, does a musical number with Nicki Minaj before being interrupted by Pat Monahan from Train claiming that Ken Jeong shouldn't be hosting because he's a comedian. Ken promptly performs a piano solo to prove he should host before finishing the number.
Matthew Morrison presents the Top Billboard 200 Album to Taylor Swift for her album Speak Now.
A double Elvis (Jeong and Eric Stonestreet) narrows to a single Elvis (Eric Stonestreet) to present the Top Digital Media Artist is Justin Bieber who just so conveniently is seated right next pop star girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
The Black Eyed Peas perform a medley of Just Can't Get Enough, The Time (Dirty Bit), Boom Boom Pow, and I Gotta Feeling.
Keith Urban is introduced by a few guys you might remember from The Hangover, Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, and Ed Helms. Keith Urban performs Long Hit Summer.
Randy Jackson presents Hot 100 Song Of The Year to Taio Cruz for Dynamite.
Ne-yo and Pitbull perform.
Tim Allen presents Top Country Song of The Year to Lady Antebellum for Need You Now.
A tribute to Beyonce plays before opening to her performance of Run This World. And what an amazing performance it is. The sync between Beyonce and the background is truly a unique experience. This would have to be the best performance I have ever seen at an award show. Standing ovation before her mother, Tina Knowles, presents her with The Billboard Millennium Award.
Selena Gomez and Rico Rodriguez present Top Duo/Group to The Black Eyed Peas.
YouTube sensation Cee Lo Green does a medley of F--k You (Forget You) and Crazy and tosses in a spinning piano.
Dueling Banjos with Ken Jeong and Keith Urban.
Lady Antebellum performs.
Joe Jonas presents Top Radio Artist of The Year to Rihanna.
Taio Cruz performs.
Snoop Dogg presents Top New Artist to Justin Bieber. Wait... was that the first public kiss with Selena Gomez?*

Far East Movement perform. Falling off the piano probably wasn't in the choreography but he nailed it anyway.
Mary J Blige and Lil' Wayne perform.
Country Artist Of The Year to Taylor Swift.
Brett Michaels introduces Ke$ha for her performance of Blow.
Will.i.am presents Top Touring Artist of The Year to U2. They also have the most successful tour of all time in the U2360 tour.
Justin Beiber presents Female Artist of The Year to Rihanna.
The Script introduces the Chevrolet Battle of The Bands winner, Gentlemen Hall, but their performance is cut short to promote the remaining performances.
Taylor Swift introduces Nicki Minaj and her performance of Super Bass and Till the World Ends. Surprise guest of Britney Spears. Again. Am I the only one who thinks Britney was lip syncing during both performances?
Neil Diamond performs Sweet Caroline and America after being awarded the Icon Award.
* It appears that this is not the first public kiss between Gomez and Bieber but this was the first one on TV for millions of people to see. Want to see the first Gomez and Bieber kiss that happened a few weeks ago?
