Ojani Noa, the first husband of Jennifer Lopez, recently won a court battle with Lopez and a judge ordered that the sex tape he has can indeed be released. Lopez is currently a judge on the Hit Show American Idol.
The intimate tape was shot way back in 1997 when the couple were briefly married. The wedding only lasted a few months, but Ojani Noa still retains possession of the so-called sex tape. It is still not clear what exactly is on the tape. There are no clear reports on if it contains nudity or if it doesn’t.
During the court battle, Lopez’s attorneys argued that Ojani Noa signed an agreement during the divorce that barred him from releasing the video. To get around this agreement Ojani Noa reportedly sold the tape to his girlfriend, who the judge says can release it and is under no legal obligation to Lopez.
