Death Certificate Changed

Brittany Murphy's death certificate has been modified.

Her father has requested a correction to her death certificate adding him as her father on the record. He is listed as her father on Murphy's birth certificate so why he wasn't listed on her death certificate is beyond me.

He requested this as he was denied access to her graveside as they could not verify he was a relative.
