The Parents Television Council is moving to have CBS fined for indecent exposure during a primetime telecast of “How I Met Your Mother”
CBS has been fighting another fine levied to them by the FCC for the 2005 Superbowl which had Janet Jackson’s breast fully exposed. The last attempt by the FCC to fine them has been rejected by the an Appeal Court judge earlier this month.
Katie Holmes was playing the Naughty Pumpkin on “How I Met Your Mother” when a little tiny amount of her areola was exposed. This made it past the various screenings and review board without CBS noticing it until after it aired. This was so small I can see why no one did notice it. I don’t think I would have.
