Hayden Panettiere is heading home to comfort her mom for awhile.
Her mother Lesley has decided to file for divorce from her husband Alan who she has last seen in August of 2008 when he allegedly striked Lesley in the face. No charges have ever been filled however. Alan has spent the last couple of years in Canada trying to figure out what to do. It is rumored he has recently begun dating someone else.
Why did she wait so long to file for divorce?
