Denise Richards is joining the cast of Spike TV’s raunchy football comedy Blue Mountain State in a recurring role as Debra, Ed Marinaro’s hot-headed former flame.

“She plays the coach’s ex-wife, and I think I sleep with her!” co-star Darin Brooks tells UsMagazine.com of Richards’ role. “She’s trying to get back at him.”

Brooks’ character is no stranger to wild hookups — while playing the second-string quarterback last season, he had a liaison with former Dancing With the Stars wildcat Cloris Leachman!

As if he needed any more bad news,  Charlie Sheen may have just lost his hopes of avoiding jail time for attacking his wife Brooke Mueller, as his ex-wife  Denise Richards is on the Prosecutor’s witness list for his upcoming trial.

According to a report, the “Wild Things” actress may be called to testify against Sheen, given that she also complained of domestic abuse while they were married.

Back in 2005, Denise obtained a restraining order against Charlie, claiming he “pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders.”

If Ms. Richards takes the stand, things will go from bad to worse for Sheen.  The “Two and a Half Men” actor is currently undergoing rehab for alcohol and cocaine abuse.

Denise Richards warned the people on “Two and a Half Men” that Charlie Sheen needed help. She reportedly contacted a show exec on Monday morning to say she was concerned about her ex-husband relapsing.

Sources revealed to TMZ that Richards wanted a CBS show exec to step in and convince the 44-year-old actor to enter rehab.

When Sheen did not report to work on Monday and Tuesday, executive producer Chuck Lorre realized that the show’s filming on Friday was in jeopardy.

Apparently, Sheen himself realized the show and his freedom were at risk so he decided to check into a rehab facility.

Denise Richards, who was recently seen in Hindi film Kambakkht Ishq, stunned many by going topless on a new reality show.

The former Bond Girl allowed cameras to follow her everywhere in her show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, which was aired on American channel E!. The cameras captured her even when she was getting an all-over tan, reported thesun.co.uk.

Denise Richards regularly checks into hotels for secret no-strings-attached sex sessions with male friends.

The actress has been single since her split from ex-husband Charlie Sheen, preferring to get her kicks from rendezvous with “friends with benefits”.

She tells U.S. tabloid Globe, “You don’t want to bring them home to your house, but I have certain needs. Friends with benefits are awesome. I used to be like, ‘Oh no, you have to be in a relationship.’ But after going through a divorce, I’m like, ‘Life is short, I wanna have a good time.’”
