Elizabeth Hurley has agreed to do a reality show based on her life living on a farm in the British countryside. Have you fallen asleep yet?
The actress purchased the land five years ago with her husband Arun Nayar and the couple now breeds pigs, geese, cows and sheep. For whatever reason, I just can’t picture her shoveling shit. But then again, she’s talked shit over the years so what’s the difference…
A source tells The Sun, “People tend to view her as this glamorous girl about town who spends all her time sitting on velvet cushions and drinking champagne with the stars. But the reality is she’s actually a bit of a down-to-earth country girl.”
But of course they’ll be plenty of time for high society as well, like earlier this week when Hurley and her son Damian were seen at the Yota launch of Mikhailovsky Ballet’s Swan Lake at the London Coliseum in London. You know, typical life of a farmer.
I can’t even imagine how this will turn out. It will either be absolutely hysterical or absolutely mind-numbing.
Elizabeth Hurley is considering a return to the big screen, insisting she’s “missed” acting during her time away from the spotlight.
The British actress gave up her film work when her son Damian was born in 2002, and chose to concentrate on her career as a model and swimwear designer instead.
But she insists she’s tempted by the prospect of performing again – and her eight year old is urging her to do so.
Hurley tells Britain’s The Lady magazine, “I didn’t want him (Damian) to feel like a suitcase kid but, you know what, I’ve missed it this year. Damian begs me to do it. He says, ‘I could have a tutor in your trailer.’”
Elizabeth Hurley admits that she loves her photos being edited because that makes her look good. The face of beauty brand Estée Lauder says she’s a fan of having her photos edited to look even more beautiful.
Elizabeth Hurley’s drink of choice? Vodka, of course. The model-actress told the British Daily Mail that she stays away from coffee and wine, and instead indulges in vodka at social events. “I don’t really like vodka that much, but if I’m at a party I have a small one with lots of fizzy water and a huge squeeze of lime. Initially, it’s like medicine, but I’ve gotten used to it now,” she said.
She’s always looking for ways to use her celebrity to benefit others, and she was spotted at a photo call for the Estee Lauder Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign.
The “Serving Sara” actress looked lovely as she struck a few poses for the paparazzi in London, sporting a sexy pink halter-style dress with black heels.
Liz Hurley has rebuffed rumours that her marriage is on the rocks, and branded them ‘absolute nonsense’. The Bedazzled actress went on to say that she was blessed with an amazing husband, and that her married life was as smooth as that of any normal couple.
