Is love (back) in the air for Hayden Panettiere  and millionaire Harry Morton?

According to reports, the ‘Heroes’ beauty – who is now sporting a new brunette look – is once again romantically involved with the businessman after being spotted together at Teddy’s in Los Angeles on Monday night.

The pair were rumored to be dating last July and things look to be hotting up again, if eyewitnesses are to be believed.

CW will join the scalpel bandwagon with ‘HMS,’ an hour-long drama centering around a group of Harvard medical students.

Hayden Panettiere, best known for playing Claire Bennet on NBC’s ‘Heroes,’ will expand her resume. She’ll try her hand at producing for the first time and, along with the show’s writer, Amy Holden Jones of ‘Mystic Pizza’ fame, Hayden will be credited as co-producer.

Jones first created ‘HMS’ for the WB back in 2004, but her script was recently passed along after the CW begin searching for their own hospital drama. ‘HMS’ will put a younger twist on ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’

Hayden Panettiere hosted a Benefit for The Whaleman Foundation held at Beso In Hollywood, California last night. The Heroes actress, who looks like she borrowed Claire Bear’s hair, donated her bracelet for an auction with all the proceeds going to this wonderful charity.

Also in attendance were Entourage star Kevin Connolly, fellow animal activist Darryl Hannah, former DWTS hunk Gilles Marini, and Jamaican sensation Sean Paul.

The Whaleman Foundation is an oceanic research, conservation and production organization dedicated to preserving and protecting dolphins, whales, and their ocean habitat.

All eyes were on Hayden Panettiere at Sunday night’s sixth annual Hollywood Style Awards, hosted by Sebastian at the Hammer Museum in Westwood.

The “Heroes” hottie was picking up a Style Icon Award. And she also revealed that the lesbian kiss between her and Madeline Zima in last week’s episode was all her idea. Really.

But when sexpot Pamela Anderson came up behind Hayden on the red carpet, the cameras shifted to get a better look at Pammie’s outlandish Vivienne Westwood frock that resembled an unmade bed.

It’s pretty hard to compete with Pamela Anderson.

Hayden Panettiere, who was awarded the Style Icon honors at the Hollywood Style Awards on Sunday night, admitted on the red carpet that the kiss she recently got from co-star Madeline Zima was all her idea.

She even admits that she persuaded the writers to include the lesbian tongue wrestling action. “I kinda threw it out there. The writers put you in relationships and I was like, ‘Can I just be with a girl or something? Let’s do that.’ So they took it and ran with it.”

Madeline Zima, the talented young actress who gets to bestow the honors on Hayden’s cheerleader’s lips, talked to the Dish Rag about wanting to have the power to fly, learning the “Heroes” lore, and the truth about her sexually and morally ambiguous character that even Claire’s father is growing suspicious of.

“I watched everything. I feel like the fans are so hardcore for that show, that unless you watch, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into,” she admits.

Hayden Panettiere has admitted that she is secretly worried that a crazed Heroes fan might stab her.

The sexy actress – who plays a girl who is able to heal herself in the show – says she’s been worried since the show began, that a fan who takes the show too literally, might one day go too far and hurt her – in hopes of seeing her regenerate.

“I’m just afraid somebody’s going to stab me one day and think that my power is real and they expect me to start healing. I’ve been thinking about that since the first season,” she admits to Showbiz Spy. “I’m like what if somebody really thought I was indestructible.”

Hayden Panettiere has revealed that she is just friends with actor Kevin Connolly.

The Heroes star, 20, laughed off the rumors that she and the Entourage star, 35, are an item.

She said: “I’ve known Kevin for so long.

“You can’t have friends with the opposite sex.  It’s so funny. We’re just friends.”

The pair first sparked rumors they were dating after they were spotted deep in conversation together at the Emmy awards after-party on 20 September.

Panettiere split with her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia, 31, in February.

Stepping out for a little exercise,  Hayden Panettiere and her new boyfriend were spotted out hiking at Runyon Canyon in Hollywood on Monday (August 31).

Wearing short shorts and a tank top, the “Heroes” hottie smiled for the cameras as she and Harry Morton walked downhill to her car following the day’s workout session.

Hayden Panettiere stars as the title character in I Love You, Beth Cooper, but the 19-year-old is no newbie when it comes to acting.

To coincide with the film, Panettiere filmed a spoof for a contest in which fans could submit their own “Beth Cooper confessions.”

“It’s personal, but when you add a little fun to something like that, it makes it more exciting,” she says. “You can see how people profess their love.”

Hayden Panettiere has no problem showing some skin.

In her new movie, I Love You, Beth Cooper (in theaters July 10), Ms. Panettiere stars as the most popular girl in high school who is the object of the school nerd’s affection. In one scene, with her back to the camera, she drops her towel in the locker room to impress her geeky suitor, played by Paul Rust.

“I was really naked,” the 18-year-old starlet tells me. “I had these little sticky petals on my boobs, but that was about it. My dad calls me such an exhibitionist. He always says, ‘God, even when you were little, you were such an exhibitionist!’ ”

“I’m cool with my body, and I’m cool running around undressed and all that stuff, but there are just certain things that not everyone needs to know, that you need to keep somehow private and personal to you,” she said. “But you never know, you never know. I could be 30 years old and just be like, ‘Screw it—I want to take it all off. I better take a picture of this baby before it all goes.’ “
