While Lindsay Lohan is busy attending fashion shows in Paris today, her lawyers have filed a lawsuit against financial company E*Trade, saying the “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay in its latest commercial was modeled after her, reports the New York Post.
She’s seeking $100 million in damages.
Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna, and wants an injunction to force the spot off the air. Chris Brown, a spokesman for Grey Group, which produced the spot, told the Post it’s “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Lindsay Lohan has enraged people at Dior after she failed to turn up on time at the fashion label’s show at Paris Fashion Week. The “Mean Girls” actress was denied access to the catwalk show because she arrived after it started on Friday.
According to JohnnyIkon.com, Dior’s PR firm said that Lohan was sent backstage to meet designer John Galliano instead of taking a seat on the front row as originally planned.
A source added that the entire company was clearly not pleased with the singer/actress.
The insider said, “Yes, of course everybody was furious. She wasn’t just late, but she’d got them to hold the show, saying she was just a few minutes away. In the end, it got so late that people were leaving for their next destination. It wouldn’t have annoyed everybody so much if she hadn’t called demanding an outfit before.”
“You know, Dior did Lindsay a favor. She’s only in Paris to promote her own line, which isn’t putting a show on. Being photographed on the Dior front row could give her the attention that she needs, I don’t know what happened. She did not offer an excuse.”
Other reports said Lohan was denied total entrance from the show. She was seen walking back to her hotel after being refused entrance to Galliano’s Fall-Winter 2010-11 for Dior.
To the utter shock of everyone involved, Lindsay Lohan caused a scene at a Los Angeles club when she refused to pay her bar tab, reports People. When the Mean Girls star realized the staff at Crown Bar wasn’t letting her drink for free, she reportedly threw a tantrum in the middle of the bar.
“Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown,” a witness told People. “She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit card information.”
The onlooker claimed that Lohan was still inconsolable over the incident at 2:30 a.m., complaining about the extreme injustice to anyone who would listen.
“She was crying and wanted to go home,” said People’s source. “She kept saying, `I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!”’
Clearly, Crown Bar is the guilty party, here. Don’t they know that the simple act of being Lindsay Lohan entitles her to free stuff?
Lindsay Lohan will appear semi-nude in an upcoming issue of the Italian magazine Muse. The 18-page spread is intended as a tribute to supermodel Kate Moss and her relationship with actor Johnny Depp during the 1990s. Lohan plays Moss and a male model named Petey Wright plays Depp. Some of the photos have a “threesome” theme, with model Sofia Boutella included as a third party.
Lohan, 23, is at least partially topless in some of the photos – which were shot at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood.
“She was totally comfortable with the nudity as long as it had artistic integrity,” photographer Yu Tsai told the New York Post – adding that Lohan’s nudity was improvised during the shoot. “It’s raw, it’s exposed, this is her at her best. She told me, ‘I want to make this iconic.’”
The photos are fairly provocative. And maybe they seem that way because Lohan has also apparently had some plastic surgery to enhance her breasts– which are generously on display in the new photos. Rumors of Lohan’s breast augmentation have been reported since 2007, when MakeMeHeal.com posted a series of revealing “before and after” photos that showed an increase in size.
Lohan herself hasn’t confirmed if her chest is naturally large or surgically enhanced. But in this new photo spread, Lohan’s generous breast size is very apparent.
Lindsay Lohan is afraid her Dad will be successfull in getting a conservatorship and has taken to Twitter to slam her dad Michael and that he’s offered an entertainment TV show tape-recorded conversations between himself and his ex-wife, Dina, in which they discuss their daughter’s well-being.
“My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me & my family,” Tweeted Lindsay, who just finished shooting the thriller Machete opposite Robert DeNiro. “He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars.”
Lindsay, also wrote that her sister Ali, 15, is also concerned about their father’s behavior. “It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’ Through tears. He’s crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time.”

Police are investigating a reported burglary at Lindsay Lohan’s home in the Hollywood Hills. Los Angeles police Officer Norma Eisenman says the possible break-in was reported to police early Sunday.
She says police are still determining whether any property was missing from the home.
