It’s been five months since Miley Cyrus hopped off the Twitter bandwagon – and she’s not missing it one bit.

“Not at all. None, none, none,” Miley told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on the Academy Awards red carpet on Sunday night.

However, the teen star did reveal she’s kept an eye on the social networking site recently – sort of.

“I’ve been Tweeting vicariously through my friend who is on my show, Emily [Osment],” Miley told Billy. “So I’m like, ‘For all the life that you live on Twitter, I’ll live through you.’ So I’m always like, ‘What are people saying?’”

In fact, Miley even made a cameo on Emily’s Twitter account.

“I posted a picture on there the other day. She took my picture and I said just write ‘Hi from Miley.’ I stood by a thing of hay and said ‘Hey!’ and that was it,” she explained.

The Oscars are over and Hollywood’s biggest and most fashionable night are now immortalized in the red carpet photos, which has fashionistas doing more voting than the Academy of Arts & Sciences. Which means that much like the awards given out, there’s new winners and losers in the category most people care about the most: Best Dressed.

Best Dressed:

* Zoe Saldana: While Saldana might land on a few Worst lists for her lilac and purple Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci dress, the floor-length, flamenco inspired number was befitting for the Latin star. The “Avatar” beauty was bold with the dress which featured even more dimensions with its ruffled bottom.
* Sandra Bullock: The night’s big winner for Best Actress is also Best Dressed in her floor-length, body-hugging Marchesa gown. With gold and silver detailing, it never looked better than when she had an Oscar in hand.
* Cameron Diaz: Topping off her tulle gold dress with sequin detailing with a bold red lipstick, Diaz looked absolutely statuesque in Oscar de la Renta.
* Gabourey Sidibe: “If fashion was porn, this dress is the money shot,” she told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet. The “Precious” star was sexy and confident in her short-sleeved, blue Marchesa gown with silver detailing.
* Carey Mulligan: The “An Education” star could school her peers on how to dress both young and elegant in her black Prada gown complete with flower-shaped Swarovski detailing.

Worst Dressed:

* Charlize Theron: The Christian Dior dress walked the runway in a stunning beige and grey, but its lavender incarnation on Theron was a miss, with strange rose-like detailing accentuating her chest.
* Miley Cyrus: The Disney star wore a prom inspired dress which also brought unwanted attention to her chest in her bodice-exposing Jenny Packham dress.
* Kate Winslet: While she was the big winner last year in both acting and fashion, Winslet looked absolutely stunning from the waist up, but lost fans with her YSL dress, which plays with pleats to make it look strangled like a pant suit. But it’s a dress.

Miley Cyrus dodged a Razzie win for Worst Actress for her performance in Hannah Montana: The Movie. Instead, Sandra Bullock took home the Razzie award for her performance in All About Steve.  The 17 year old Disney Star was also nominated along with Beyonce for her performance in Obsessed and the dually-nominated Megan Fox for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen  and Jennifer’s Body.

Miley Cyrus  may have brought her heavily spray-tanned mother to the Oscars. But she  took her “The Last Song” hunky costar Liam Lemsworth to Elton John’s star-studded late night Oscar bash in West Hollywood after the show. And there was more than a little cuddling and hand-holding going on.

Brooke Shields has told Miley Cyrus that she wants her to get a college education, according to the rumors. Shields, who went to Princeton University and got a degree in French Literature in 1987, feels like everyone needs something to fall back on. Makes sense!

Miley Cyrus, 17, is rumored to be considering college now after reports surfaced last year that she tossed the option. She is currently home-schooled.

The super-secret sources provided more info on Shields’ and Cyrus’s talks of higher education… keep in mind that this is from Star, but here goes:

“Brooke’s been pushing Miley to go to college,” a source told the mag. “She says she needs something to fall back on.”

The source spilled that Miley is planning on applying to college in 2010. “She’d love to be an Ivy Leaguer like Brooke,” the insider said. While I might not imagine Miss Cyrus as Ivy League material per se, she did admit that she’d like to study photography in London.

Considering that Miley Cyrus has a ridiculously full plate (2 films in development and the last season of Hannah Montana) and is a money-making machine, it’s going to be extremely difficult to take classes at a home campus anywhere in the world. While it’s cool that Brooke Shields is trying to be a positive influence, I can’t help but wonder what Miley’s real mom thinks about all this!

Miley Cyrus reveals in an interview that she is totally crushing on Vanessa’s longtime boyfriend, Zac Efron.

And the fact that the star of the upcoming “Me and Orson Welles” film he’s so loyal to VHud is one of the big reasons Miley thinks Zac is so “cool.”

“Zac could get any girl…and do whatever, and he is so loyal and a really good friend…He’s just like super good looking,” she told  Sirius XM’s The Morning Mash Up.”

“I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world,” she gushed “I really, really like him.”

“It’s weird because he’s my friend…I could call him and be like, whatever.”

Miley Cyrus may have just be messing with the photogs Thursday — or maybe not? The teen superstar was spotted out in Hollywood sporting a sparkly ring on the fourth finger of her left hand. Considering how serious things seem to be getting with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, it’s already making rumors swirl that the young star is engaged.

Hollywood Life reports that the 17-year-old singer and actress was wearing what looked like an engagement ring on her finger on Thursday.

Could she already be engaged to her Australian hottie boyfriend and co-star Liam, who’s 19-years-old, even though they only met on set of The Last Song in June?

Miley Is Performing

It’s the end of the road for Hannah Montana.

The hit series that launched Miley Cyrus to mega-star status will end after its fourth season, reports MTV News.

Rumors of Cyrus’ swan song as “Hannah” have swirled for months, but on Friday a rep for Disney confirmed the announcement. “You never know in this business . . . but right now, we’re scheduled to wrap after shooting this new batch of episodes,” Adam Bonnett, the Disney Channel’s programming executive, said in a statement.

But “Hannah” fans can relax a little for now. Bonnett said that new episodes “will continue to roll out at least over a full year.”

The show, which premiered in 2006, follows the title character as she tries to lead a double life, as pop star, Hannah Montana, and a normal teenager, Miley Stewart. Season four will continue to focus on her struggle to balance both lives.

“It’s one of the things she’s been wrestling with for months — whether it’s time to make a decision to continue being Hannah Montana or just be a regular, ordinary girl,”  said Bonnett to MTV News.

Cyrus, who appears on the February cover of Harper’s Bazaar, tells the magazine that she is trying to seek more mature roles, but still “figuring out” who she is. “Hannah Montana: The Movie,” Cyrus’ big screen debut, has grossed $155 million to date worldwide. Her next film, “The Last Song,” hits theaters on April 2.

Miley was ill enough in September and Liam was there thick and through with her. So sweet! For Miley’s sickness, her fans have suffered a lot. She had to cancel three gigs of her US tour.

Miley Cyrus says “Liam actually went to Australia and then came back. The first night he came back, I had gotten really sick, he brought me back a book to make me laugh, of all the lingo”. Miley added ”I’ve never heard half of this stuff but some of it’s pretty funny!” It’s really funny how different yet alike America and Australia are”.

”I just bought a German Shepherd and I named it Mate because I always say ”mate” now to Liam. So that’s my little German Shepherd dog’s name”.

Miley Cyrus has got a tattoo inked on her chest in memory of a friend who died at a young age of cystic fibrosis. The ‘Hannah Montana’ star has paid tribute to her pal Vanessa, who died at the tender age of 12, by having the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s motto ‘Just Breathe’ tattooed below her left breast.

Cyrus had previously thanked fellow Disney star Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers for helping her deal with the tragedy, which occurred in 2007, reports Contactmusic.
