Let the ticket frenzy commence. Scarlett Johansson is coming to Broadway this winter in a revival production of Arthur Miller’s “A View from the Bridge,” which is scheduled to open Jan. 14 at the Cort Theatre.

Johansson will be making her Broadway debut in the intense 1955 drama, which will also star Tony winner Liev Schreiber. The production, which will be directed by Gregory Mosher, is scheduled for a limited 14-week run.

Tickets are set to go on sale Nov. 21 online and by telephone. The production begins preview performances Dec. 28.

Set in an Italian-American neighborhood in New York, “A View from the Bridge” tells the story of Eddie Carbone (Schreiber), a married dock worker who harbors an incestuous desire for his 17-year-old niece, Catherine (Johannson). But Catherine becomes involved with another man and the saga ultimately ends in tragedy.

The behind-the-scenes action on Iron Man 2 is almost as exciting as the movie itself.

Gwyneth Paltrow, who returns as Iron Man’s PA Pepper Potts, is furious that new co-star Scarlett Johansson is stealing her limelight.

Scarlett, who plays a Russian spy, appears in a promotional campaign alongside the film’s other stars, Robert Downey Jr and Mickey Rourke.

A source said: ‘Gwyneth was afraid she’d be upstaged by Scarlett and not being in the campaign was the final straw.

‘She is furious she’s been left out.’

Ashton Kutcher and Keira Knightley are the top celebrity inspirations for baby names in the UK today.

Oh Scarlett, for someone so brainy, you certainly are naïve.

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Johansson explained that she brought madness upon herself when she publicly proclaimed that she’d been exchanging e-mails with Obama, who was running for president at the time. Said Johansson, “And then, the title of the article was ‘Actress Has A Crush On Obama.’ Talk about sexist. If I were George Clooney, they would never have written that. I was obviously in a relationship and people were like, ‘How dare she try to break up his marriage with Michelle?’ I was like, ‘What the hell is going on?’”

Yeah, it’s for a great cause and all, but has our celebrity-engrossed culture sunk so low that someone will consider bidding on Scarlett Johansson’s snot rag?

NBC announced Wednesday that the tissue The Spirit star used to blow her nose during her latest appearance on the Tonight Show relief from the cold she caught from costar Samuel L. Jackson, she says will be put up for auction tomorrow on eBay, with all proceeds going to the food gathering charity USA Harvest.

Samuel L. Jackson picked up make-up tips from Spirit co-star Scarlett Johansson, and even borrowed her eye shadow, so he could enhance his scary look in the comic book adventure.

The pair play villains in the Frank Miller-directed movie; Jackson is the Octopus, and Johansson is his accomplice.

And Jackson reveals he spent time in their make-up trailer coordinating cosmetics to make sure they complimented each other.

The actor – who celebrates his 60th birthday on Sunday – says, “We shared a makeup trailer, in the mornings I’d see her putting eye shadow on, and I’d say, ‘I need some of that.’

“I showed off what we did to Frank Miller, and he said, ‘I like it.’”

Scarlett has a new tatoo of a sunrise on her forearm.

Katy Perry, who wrote something much more flattering about the “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” star – her hit song “I Kissed A Girl” — Scarlett is flattered.

“I had no idea [about the song] — I should get a cut! That’s flattering, but my lips are kind of taken,” she told Allure.
